Eggnog Recipe: Eggnog French Toast

3/4 c. Eggnog
1 Egg
Dash Cinnamon
Dash Nutmeg
4-6 slices of bread
1 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
Directions: Heat a flat griddle on stove top. In a mixing bowl, beat eggnog, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg with a whisk. Melt butter on griddle and spread to coat surface area. Dip bread in eggnog mixture to coat all sides and edges. Fry on hot buttered griddle. When brown on under side, turn and brown on the other side. Serve immediately with maple syrup or confectioners sugar.
